Our approach
At Inner Rhythm Holistic Wellbeing, we recognise that humans are diverse and dynamic. We all grew up with different parents, social influence and environmental structures.

Our approach is centred around the unique needs and future goals of each client.

If there’s a fire, it’s a smart move to understand what type of fire it is as this will inform the right fire extinguisher. You don’t want to use a water loaded extinguisher on an electrical fire, for example.

Specific problems call for specific solutions.

This is why we prioritise a personalised, action-focused, and solution-oriented care model, ensuring that each client’s journey toward transformation is tailored specifically to them.

Personalised Care

Effective therapy starts with understanding each client’s unique situation. In the initial sessions, we listen carefully to their challenges, goals, and resources. By fostering a collaborative environment, we create personalised plans tailored to their unique needs and aspirations

Action-Focused Strategy

We help our clients achieve their goals through action-focused care, emphasising practical steps and forward movement. Our tailored sessions provide exercises and conversations that bring clarity, build confidence, and turn insights into action. Clients gain tools to manage challenges such as stress, anxiety, limiting beliefs, dependencies, perinatal challenges, and depressive experiences. We believe the best way to predict the future is to create it.

Solution-Oriented Care

We use advanced clinical hypnotherapy and strategic psychotherapy to support meaningful healing. With evidence-based methods like the Gordian Pillars framework, Ericksonian Hypnosis, and NLP, we focus on achieving results efficiently. Our approach helps clients overcome challenges like burnout, anxiety, and relationship issues, building skills for lasting change.

Empowering Clients

We focus on understanding where they are now, what led them here, and helping them make meaningful progress toward their goals. We prioritise equipping clients with the tools they need for lasting change, rather than creating long-term dependency. Give someone a fish, and they’ll eat for a day. Teach them to build a net, and they’ll eat for a lifetime.
